WBP - George III - Part 1
My third piece, and probably my hardest, will be for George III. Often referred to as the Mad King due to his ill mental state, he reigned for longer than any monarch had before - 60 years! Unfortunately his granddaughter, Victoria, beat his record.
There are a lot of elements in this that could go wrong, as I've never made anything like this before. It's also proving to be my most expensive. I've already bought the epaulettes and the Order of the Garter Star, which together cost more than the all silk I've bought for Henrietta's dress. Time will tell how this one ends up!
