Braided Buttonholes

Something I have really struggled to find examples of are braided buttonholes! Nothing, nowhere! It wasn't until I went to Cosprop that I saw any kind of example. I've used Russia braid, which is typically used for military uniforms and its particulary difficult to work with! I've made the button loops to stitch over machine sewn buttonholes. This is an actual technique used in the film industry.
